Due to the custom nature of Still Carried keepsakes, we cannot process refunds.

However, should you be dissatisfied with the final product, please don't hesitate to reach out to support@stillcarried.com and we will do our best to make things right. Please note; Memory dolls are not toys and are not designed as a child's product.

Should your order arrive to you damaged by transit, please send us an email at support@stillcarried.com and we will work together for a resolution.

Giftcards
Giftcard purchases are fulfilled automatically and you will receive the code to your email within 24 hours via an automated message. After this time, if your code hasn't been emailed to you please let us know!
